We hold your email address and a subscription record. That's it. We never see your card details — Stripe handles those. Your saved shortlist never leaves your browser. We don't sell anything to anyone.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. Ever.
The property listings in this service are public records published by US government agencies. They may include the names of current or former owners as those agencies published them. We do not add to, enrich or cross-reference that information, and we show it only as the agency did. If you believe a record about you is being shown in error, contact us and we will look at it — though the authoritative correction has to come from the agency that published it.
Your subscription record is kept while you are a subscriber and for up to 7 years afterwards, because tax and accounting rules require payment records to be retained. You can ask us to delete everything not legally required at any time.
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or export it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you have these rights under GDPR; if you are in California you have them under the CCPA. We apply them to everyone regardless of where you live, because maintaining two standards is more work than doing it properly once.
Traffic is encrypted end to end. The dataset is served only after an entitlement check rather than being published openly. Access keys are cryptographically signed and verified on every request, and revoked immediately on cancellation. We hold no card data, so there is none to lose.
This service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
